Wow. An update here is WAAAAAY overdue: it still said I wanted kids someday...
So first of all, I don't want kids. :) I like kids, I really do. But it's not for me. I am now older than my mom was when she had me (which isn't old, but still...) and I am not interested in having kids at this point. Luckily, my husband agrees with me.
I work for a communications company in customer service. I am married to a wonderful man, surrounded by the best friends in the world, and the strangest but greatest family: in the words of Stitch "It's little. And broken. But still good." A few key points about me (not a whole picture, but telling in some places): 1. My favorite color is green. 2. Aaron (my husband) says I'm quirky. My best friend says I'm odd. I think my sister's words when we were young sum it up best: "You're strange. Like the rest of us, but different." 3. My favorite band in the world is Pink Floyd. I can recall a few genuinely spiritual experiences in my life and the first time I heard "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" was one of them. 4. I'm an aspiring writer. 5. I am not a musician, but music is still very deeply rooted in my life. If I ever went deaf, I think "crazy" or "clinically depressed" would quickly follow. 6. I spend a great deal of time thinking about or pondering things that are completely useless or weird. If you intend to read this journal, please be prepared for this. :) 7. I am, mood-wise, very must like spring in the state in which I live: happy with scattered clouds of anger and occassional showers of bitter and morose. 8. On that note, I am a Washingtonian through and through. I wear socks with sandals, I have been "blue tarp camping", I have used the term, "the mountain is out", I don't panic in earthquakes and I'm pretty sure I have rainwater in my veins. I get misty when I see the natural beauty of this place in nature shows. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. 9. I'm sure there's more I should be putting here, but in typical "me" fashion, something has distracted me and I'm going to go see to it instead of thinking what else should be in my bio.
